Mumford & Sons return to the BBC’s Maida Vale Studios to play new music and an old classic in a unique performance for Jo Whiley.

The performance follows the May release of their third studio album, Wilder Mind, which is the follow-up to their Grammy Award-winning second album, Babel.

Wilder Mind showcases the band’s new musical direction; working with producer James Ford and The National’s Aaron Dessner and sees them swapping their signature acoustic instruments for electric.

Fans can hear the gig on Thursday 30 July, between 8.00pm-10.00pm.
